We’ll gently explore what matters to you, so you can feel more like yourself again-not just who others need you to be.

But carrying that strength all the time is draining, and it can feel like there’s nowhere for you to put it down. Here, you don’t have to be the strong one. Therapy becomes a place where you can exhale, be supported, and finally have someone holding space for you, too.

Who We Are

If you’re the one everyone leans on, the one holding it all together even when you’re running on empty, I get it. As a mom and wife myself, I know how fast everyone else’s needs can crowd out your own, until you’re left feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like you’ve lost touch with yourself somewhere along the way.
Since 2021, I’ve been working with women and families carrying the emotional weight of everyday life, the juggling, the stress, the pressure to keep it all going. I’m an LMSW, and the way I show up in this work is pretty simple: I believe you already know yourself better than anyone. My job isn’t to hand you a list of things to fix or tell you who to be. It’s to sit with you, help you untangle what’s been piling up, and support you in getting back to a version of your life that actually feels like you.
No judgment here, just a steady, grounded space where you can breathe, reflect, and figure out what you actually need.

Virtual Therapy

Virtual Therapy

Therapy from the comfort of your own space. Sessions are held online, making it easier to fit support into your schedule without the stress of commuting or arranging childcare. You still get the same depth and connection as in-person therapy with more flexibility and privacy.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy

Therapy sessions that happen while walking, side by side instead of face to face. Moving your body can help you feel more relaxed, open, and grounded. For many people, it makes it easier to talk through what's been on their mind while also reducing stress and improving mood.

Home Therapy

Home Therapy

Therapy that comes to you. Sessions take place in your home, allowing you to stay in a familiar, comfortable environment while receiving support. This can feel especially helpful if leaving the house feels overwhelming or if your schedule is already full. It brings therapy into your real, everyday life in a way that feels natural and accessible.

We believe therapy should feel clear, comforting, and easy to understand. Our sessions are designed to provide meaningful support in a safe and compassionate space where you can focus fully on your emotional well-being and personal growth.
Although we are a private-pay practice and do not work directly with insurance providers, we can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Individual Therapy Session

$100

Our standard session fee is $100.

Motherhood Wellness Package

$600 is paid up front

8 sessions – $75 per session
