I know how easy it is to become the one everyone depends on—the one who keeps things going, even when it feels heavy. As a mother and wife myself, I understand how quickly the needs of others can take over, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from yourself.
I’m an LMSW, and since 2021 I’ve worked with women and families navigating the emotional weight of daily life—balancing responsibilities, managing stress, and trying to hold everything together. I approach this work through a lens that honors your worth and dignity, and recognizes that you are the expert of your own life.
In therapy, I’m not here to judge or to tell you who to be. I’m here to walk alongside you as a steady guide—helping you sort through what’s been building, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels calmer, more grounded, and aligned with who you are.
